Understanding Pranic Healing

Introduction to Pranic Healing

Pranic Healing is a highly evolved and tested system of energy medicine that utilizes prana (life force) to balance, harmonize, and transform the body's energy processes. It is a simple yet powerful and effective no-touch energy healing modality. Prana is the vital energy that keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health. Pranic Healing works on the principle that the body is capable of healing itself and that the healing process is accelerated by increasing this life force that is readily available from the sun, air, and ground.

The energy body, also known as the aura, is the invisible luminous field that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. It is through this energy body that prana is absorbed and distributed throughout the physical body via energy centers called chakras.

Origins and Founder

Modern Pranic Healing was developed by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui, a Filipino spiritual teacher and chemical engineer of Chinese descent. After extensive research and experimentation, he presented Pranic Healing to the public in 1987 with the publication of his book, "Miracles Through Pranic Healing." GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui synthesized and modernized ancient healing techniques, making them accessible and easy to learn for people from all walks of life. Today, Pranic Healing is practiced globally by people from various backgrounds and professions.

The Two Basic Principles

Pranic Healing is based on two fundamental principles:

Key Benefits of Pranic Healing

What to Expect During a Session

A Pranic Healing session typically begins with a brief consultation. During the healing itself, the client usually sits comfortably in a chair or lies down, fully clothed. The practitioner will then scan the energy body to identify areas of imbalance. Using no-touch techniques, the practitioner will cleanse the congested or diseased energy and then energize the affected areas with fresh prana. Clients may experience various sensations such as warmth, tingling, coolness, or deep relaxation during the session. After the session, the practitioner may provide some simple advice to help maintain the energetic balance achieved.

Is Pranic Healing for You?

Pranic Healing can benefit almost anyone, from infants to adults. It is a complementary therapy and is not intended to replace conventional medical treatment but to work alongside it. If you are seeking a gentle, non-invasive approach to improve your physical, emotional, or mental well-being, Pranic Healing may be a valuable addition to your wellness journey.
